Missing India from Toronto

The thought of being in a foreign country thrills everyone of us , I think so. When I was in my 5th semester, I was also very much excited to experience the life of a foreign country and city which ultimately lead to the search of a foreign intern for the summers of 2010. I was succeeded and got an intern at University of Toronto , Toronto .Well Toronto is a great city and lovely too. But now I think was it worth to come to a city completely unknown , among the people completely unknown, in the culture completely different than ours. Well initially, it all seemed to be very fascinating, a good and cultured life, well developed cities, beautiful chicks, friendly people, and above all , a good amount of money. Sounds good ahha.
Today 4 weeks of my intern are over. I have done the task assigned to me and waiting for the next step to be taken . So kind of sitting idle. Then I just realize, what I am doing sitting idle here. Shouldn't I be doing a good job, a job that could benefit my own country , my own people. I mean , I know I have a lot more caliber than what I am doing and I mean it. So why here. Is it a bad place or the people are not good? What is the problem ? Then I realized that I am missing my own country, my own people, the smell of my land, the freshness of breeze , the faces of my own people, their love, everything of that place. It doesn't mean that I don't have a great time here, its really good here, but the thing is , I should have been there. Anyway, when sitting idle in the lab and you listen some songs related to your country (as in swadesh or in veer-jaara) then its natural to think like this. And its not a waste. Its true. If I would be a time traveler, I would like to go in past, make myself work in India for this summers.
Anyway lets see what I am gonna do but at this time I would just like to say..

"Miss you India" , Love you.......
